Byes must be requested before Round 2. One 1/2-point bye may be requested for Rounds 1-3. Fourth Round Byes will be zero-point byes.

Comments:
Players must have current USCF and CSCA memberships. Players without current USCF and CSCA memberships or with expired memberships on the day of the tournament will receive zero-point byes each round until proof of current USCF and CSCA memberships can be shown.
Players play in their rating class: Master/Expert, A, B, C, D, & E/Unrated. State Championship tournament CSCA membership required – available Class Championship winners earn the right to represent Colorado in our next annual team match versus New Mexico, if it is scheduled. Please bring your own sets and clocks. 1st place winner must be a Colorado State resident to have the Colorado State Senior Chess Championship title. 1/ point byes count towards prize money. Final round bye is a zero-point bye.
