Notes: Please read carefully. 

If you have not shown your vaccination credentials before, you will have to present this on Saturday morning.  At the registration table, you will have to submit proof of having received a complete COVID vaccination at least 2 weeks prior to the date of the tournament (10/2/21).  This requirement also includes spectators. Mask wearing will be optional. Players and spectators are also required to sign a DCC liability waiver at the registration table, unless you have done this already

Registration: Online Only - Limited to 88 players.  No at the door registrations will be allowed.  Online Registration closes at 9am on 10/16, or when 88 players are reached.
Registration Limited to the first 88 players (due to venue capacity)

Time Control: G/90;d5 Rounds 1,2 and 3; G90/+ 30 sec for Round 4 and 5

Entry fees:
Open: DCC members and juniors under 14 $45.  Non-DCC members $55
U1800 and U1400: DCC members and juniors under 14 $40.  Non DCC members $50

Bye Policy: Only one half point bye will apply to a players score with regards to winning prize money. Bye’s for Round 5 will be scored as zero, but will not be considered a withdrawal.

Prizes:
Will be based on the number of entries in each category. Total prize pool is projected to be around $1400 based on 60 entries. Unrated prize is limited to $100 if playing in the U1800 or U1400 category.

Schedule Saturday:
Check in (still required even for online registration): 9:00 - 9:45 a.m. (Players who do not check in will not be paired in round 1)

Round 1: 10 am
Round 2: 2 pm
Round 3: 6 pm

Schedule Sunday:
Round 4: 9 am
Round 5: 2 pm
