$10 fee for players rated between 1799-1600 to play in Premier Section from your live USCF standard rating or October 2026 monthly standard rating. You must be 1600+ or unrated to play in the Premier Section. Only players rated between 1799 - 1600 playing in Premier section pay $10 more. All players in lower sections can play up one section higher than their normal rated section. For example, a player rated 1191 can play in U1300 or U1600 with no up charge, but cannot play in U1900 or Premier. DCC members or juniors (age under 14) receive a discount of $10.

Players will be charger Stripe payment.
$6000 in Prizes based on 150 entries:
Premier (+1600 USCF) [1st,2nd,3rd]: $800, $500, $350; U2100 [1st,2nd]: $200 $100
U1900: $600, $450, $300
U1600: $500, $350, $250
U1300: $450, $300, $200; U1000: $150
Special Prize: $100 Upset prize in each section.
Unrateds allowed in any section and eligible for place prizes in Premier section and maximum of $300 in any under section.
Time Control: All sections: All Rounds 1-5: G/90; +30 second increment.
Bye Policy: Only one half point bye will be allowed for rounds 1-5, and round 3-5 byes must be requested 30min before round 3 and are irrevocable.
Round Times: All Sections: Round 1-5: Saturday 10 am, 2:30 pm, 7 pm, Sunday 10 am, 3 pm
